【 Terms of service 】

❥ Only payment method accepted from foreign countries/overseas is USD (United Stated Dollar) via Paypal or Ko-Fi.
❥ I may offer the client to accept a different type of currency and payment method if not from a foreign contry to mine's (OXXO for MXN currency per example, or so on).
❥ Adding to the ToS above, an extra fee may be added to the total price in order to make up for the difference in currency value
❥ Payment always upfront; no exceptions
❥ In the case of a refund, i will not cover the amount lost for paypal's or any other payment method taxes, No refunds are able to be made once i start working beyond the sketch part.
❥ In the case that i am not able to finish the Artwork for any personal reasons i will return the money.
❥ Delivery of the final product can vary from 1 week to up to months, i do not have a set work hour as i mainly do art as a part-time thing whenever i have free time, however any sort of commission will always be priority.
❥ Only a limited amount of changes can be made once a piece is finished, if the client exceeds the set amount, either an extra charge will be made, or i will refuse to further edit the piece.
❥ I have the right to decline a commission if i do not feel comfortable or capable of finishing it

【 Design Terms Of Use 】

❥ By owning one of my designs you immediately are agreeing to my Design Terms Of Use.
❥ Please do not claim my designs nor art as your own.
❥ You are able to edit the design as long as it's not too different from the original, feel free to change its species, gender, removing/adding markings, etc..
❥ Making an alt or twin version of the design is fine, however you cannot sell/trade/gift it away as an additional character, they must be the same as the original one and have to be given away together and not separated, even if you've spent money on it, the value or worth only goes to the original design and not one completely diferent or separated.
❥ In case of purchasing, please do not resell the character for higher than originally bought for unless you've added additional art or have commissioned artwork of it, personal art worth is also okay ( Gift / Trade Art does not count towards monitary value).
❥ Please let me know if you plan on reselling my design or trading it away to someone who doesn't or does own a Toyhouse, I'd like to keep track of who owns my designs and keep its current owner updated, in the case of not having a Toyhouse and giving away the design to someone who does, please tell them to credit my account there ( "Konyuiyuu" ).
❥ You're free get as much inspiration as you want from my designs to make your own as long as you're not trying to make a rip-off version or completely copy my original work.
❥ Don't use my designs to make any sort of hateful or discriminating art.
❥ Don't resell nor trade my designs to people i have blacklisted (*None)
